The Pitino Dental Center, located inside Logistica Medica, in the heart of the Modica Commercial Center (Ragusa), enjoys a central and easy-to-reach location. The facility has two large parking lots, one outside and one underground. Furthermore, the comfortable hospital elevators compliant with the law allow everyone easy access. At the entrance, a modern air-conditioned waiting room equipped with free wifi allows each patient to relax and feel at ease before each dental procedure.

Little patients

It is well known: children are often afraid of any dental procedure. For this reason, the Pitino Dental Center has created a play areainside the waiting room, to allow each little patient to distract themselves a little and feel a little more at home. According to recent psychological studies, in fact, this simple measure can help the child become familiar with the dentist and the dental office.

In the case of anxiety or excessive fears, moreover, the Pitino Dental Center is authorized to perform dental procedures under sedation. During operations, inside the operating unit, the patient is monitored with the utmost care and in complete safety, by a team of highly qualified anesthetists.

Differently able

Patients with walking problems or motor limitations have easy and obstacle-free access: the Pitino Dental Center was designed in complete absence of architectural barriers. The dental practice is located on the first floor of Logistica Medica, but a functional hospital-type elevator also allows access on a stretcher.

Furthermore, patients with disabilities can be assisted also thanks to our operating unit, authorized by the ASP (Auth. no. 019 of 14/07/2011) to support outpatient surgical interventions and dental procedures in sedation conscious and/or under general anesthesia.
